I'm Sam Cable, Branch Manager at Taylors Estate Agency in Rothley.

I created The Charnwood Homeowners Report because I realised that most homeowners don't actually hear much about what's happening in the local property market until they're thinking about moving.

The reality is that the market is changing all the time. Buyer demand shifts, new developments are announced, homes sell for more (or less) than expected, and local factors can have a big impact on property values.

I've lived and worked in Charnwood for many years and genuinely enjoy helping people understand the local market, whether they're moving or not.
